Shipping
When shopping on Zoey Rae our free shipping offers are reflected in your bag. If your order total meets or exceeds the free shipping minimum amount stated in the bag, you qualify for the free shipping offer! Shipping offers may be limited to certain locations and may vary from time to time.
• We do our best to package and ship orders as soon as possible! Most orders process and ship within 48 business hours of the order being placed. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times
• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Most tracking updates within 48 business hours from the time your order ships
• We work to include the cost of duties and taxes at checkout to avoid additional fees being required upon delivery. However, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by your respective government. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility
Track your package from within the link provided in your shipping confirmation email
• There are no additional shipping charges for items that ship separately within the same order. You will be charged a flat rate for shipping and handling for each order placed
• Zoey Rae is not liable for lost or stolen packages
• We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you're not able to locate it to file a missing package claim
• Most orders start to track within 24-72 business hours of being shipped. Our shipping labels are generated to aim to meet the estimated delivery date provided to you at checkout. If this timeframe has not yet passed, please continue to keep an eye on your tracking information. If the estimated delivery date has passed and there are still no scans on your package, please reach out to our Customer Care team
• We are unable to re-ship international orders that have been returned to sender. A refund will be issued once the package arrives back to our warehouse for returned to sender packages
• If your package is unclaimed or is refused, you are responsible for any fees imposed on the shipment to return it back. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. For packages that are abandoned, no refund will be issued
Return Policy
Orders Shipped to US Customers:
Zoey Rae will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow Zoey Rae 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
Zoey Rae will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
Any Products That Have A Sale Of Greater Then 20% Are Non Refundable
